DIRECTIONAL / CRUISE CAMBER: A half-fat camber for all-mountain dominance. Cruise Camber’s toned-down dimensions deliver a precise and lively feel much like Pop Camber, but with much improved deep snow performance and a more “broken-in” feel out of the shrinkwrap. In Amplid’s directional snowboards a touch of early rise is added to Cruise Camber to improve buoyancy even further.

LITE CORE: Uber light wood varieties are cut, treated and aligned in a way only our factory knows. Its strength to weight ratio has scientists baffled.

IMPACT PADS: Lasercut plates made of precured hardglass are milled out of the core and laid in below the main laminate. Prevents ugly binding dings.

SINTERED 7 HD BASE: Amplid’s ultra-high density sintered base goes like shit-off-a-shovel in all snow conditions. It is extremely hard and therefore more resistant to damage.

KNUCKLE SANDWICH: Simply put, it’s the toughest gear we make. Knuckle Sandwich construction replaces conventional materials in areas prone to damage with extradurable alternatives.

SPLIT TUNE: We lightly round the edges at the tip and tail, outside of the effective edge. Blunting these edges reduces chipping to the topsheet caused by touring.

FLOATATION TIPS: Ultra wide, low rising tips that exist purely to create lift in powder without sucking-up speed. They add a surfy feel to snowboards.

3D CRUST BUSTER NOSE: A convex nose profile which improves tracking and fluidity in threedimensional snow. To retain responsiveness the contact points are not lifted.
